Important Visa Information for International Exhibitors

All foreign exhibitors at Glasstech and Fenestration Asia 2025 must enter Indonesia using a C11 Business Visa to participate in exhibition and promotional activities. This applies to all foreign nationals, including ASEAN citizens

Important Information: Entry Requirements for International Exhibitors

Random Immigration Inspections

Indonesian Immigration Officers may conduct random checks during the event. These inspections ensure compliance with immigration regulations and may involve any exhibitor or booth staff.

To avoid complications:

  • Hold a valid C11 Business Visa
  • Carry your passport, visa approval, and exhibitor badge at all times
  • Be ready to present supporting documents, such as your invitation letter and proof of event registration

The organizer's responsibility is limited to providing the standard invitation letter. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any negligence by agents or exhibitors who fail to comply with the relevant visa application requirements. All exhibitors are advised to follow Indonesia Immigration regulations. 


Who Must Obtain a C11 Visa

A C11 Visa is required for foreign individuals who:

  • Rent or manage a booth
  • Bring product samples, catalogs, or promotional items

Note:
Holders of an APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) are not permitted to actively manage booths or participate in exhibition operational activities classified as work. They must still apply for a C11 Business Visa to engage in such activities.

Required Documents

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months
  • Recent color passport photo
  • Official invitation letter from the organiser
  • Travel itinerary (if available)

Stay & Cost

  • Stay: Up to 60 days (extendable)

  • Cost: Rp 2,000,000

Permitted Activities

With this visa, you can:

  • Conduct activities related to market goods or services in MICE or trade fairs

  • Conduct activities related to tourism, or visit friends or family

Requirements

You must:

  • Comply with Indonesian laws and regulations

  • Respect local customs, culture, and local wisdom

  • Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia

Other Important Information

  • Staying in Indonesia beyond your permitted period, engaging in prohibited activities, or not complying with visa conditions or local laws may result in fines, deportation, or other legal penalties

  • You are prohibited from selling goods or services, unless necessary as part of the MICE or trade fair in which you are participating

  • You are not allowed to receive rewards, wages, or any similar compensation from individuals or corporations in Indonesia

Application Process & Important Notes

  • Apply for your C11 Visa via the Indonesia eVisa portal or your nearest Embassy/Consulate.
  • The organiser does not process visas on behalf of exhibitors.
  • Follow all procedures and comply with Indonesian regulations throughout the event.
