The organizer's responsibility is limited to providing the standard invitation letter. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any negligence by agents or exhibitors who fail to comply with the relevant visa application requirements. All exhibitors are advised to follow Indonesia Immigration regulations.

Holders of an APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) are not permitted to actively manage booths or participate in exhibition operational activities classified as work. They must still apply for a C11 Business Visa to engage in such activities.

You are prohibited from selling goods or services, unless necessary as part of the MICE or trade fair in which you are participating
You are not allowed to receive rewards, wages, or any similar compensation from individuals or corporations in Indonesia
Exhibitors without a local partner can request an official invitation letter to support their visa application.
