  • Commit to attending a minimum of 16 pre-scheduled meetings during the exhibition

How It Works – 5 Simple Steps

STEP 1: APPLY
Interested buyers must complete the online application form on the Glasstech and Fenestration Asia 2025 website by the deadline. Please ensure you clearly state your products or solutions of interest to help us match you with the most relevant exhibitors.

STEP 2: CONFIRM
If selected, you will receive an official confirmation email from the organiser. This will include guidelines and budget details for your flight and hotel arrangements.

STEP 3: PREPARE
Hosted Buyers will be granted access to our online business matching platform to pre-select and schedule meetings with relevant exhibitors. Each Hosted Buyer is required to secure a minimum of 16 meetings prior to the exhibition.

STEP 4: ATTEND
Attend your scheduled meetings onsite by visiting exhibitors’ booths at the confirmed time and date. These one-to-one meetings are key to unlocking business opportunities.

STEP 5: GET REIMBURSED
After successfully completing your minimum of 16 scheduled meetings, your eligible expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the program’s policy.
