Asia Façade & Glass Conference 2022
26-27 October 2022
As part of Glasstech Asia's knowledge-based community learning, the 2-day conference will expect more than 300 professionals from the built environment in Southeast Asia. The conference provides a platform for the glass and facade community to learn about the latest market developments and stay ahead in business in this fast-growing industry.
Theme: Climate Change and the Future of Sustainability
Everyone is aware of the alarming rate of resource depletion and reasons for conserving for generations to come, but how has sustainability changed due to the pandemic? Are there better ways to enhance the sustainability in what we do? Businesses continue their search for ways to cope with the current climate while continuing to improve sustainable practices and products.
Ranging from renewable energy sources and glass recycling to window façade and glass technology, and alternative sources of manufacturing, the efforts to reduce carbon emissions by the flat glass industry has grown tremendously.
This theme aims to discuss about the variety of sustainable solutions to combat climate change, how sustainability efforts have changed due to the pandemic and its impact on the flat glass and facade industry in the region.
