Ar. Andhi Handiono, IAI, is a professional architect with nearly two decades of experience in the fields of architectural design and project management. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya, in 2005, and has since contributed to numerous high-profile development projects across Indonesia.
Throughout his professional career, Ar. Andhi has been actively involved in the planning and execution of various residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. His portfolio includes prominent projects such as The Sanctuary Sentul in Bogor, Two Sudirman and Avania Mixed-Use Development in Jakarta, Branz Mega Kuningan, and Capital Square in Surabaya.
He began his architectural career at LPPM ITS in Surabaya, followed by roles at PT TSSY and PT Arkonin, before joining PT Anggara Architeam in 2013. Currently serving as Project Manager.
Ar. Andhi is an active member of the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI) and holds a Surat Tanda Registrasi Arsitek (STRA) with a Madya qualification issued by the Indonesian Architect Council (DAI). His work reflects a consistent commitment to professional excellence, innovation, and the advancement of Indonesia’s architectural landscape.
