Ar. Pierre Albyn Pongai, S.T., M.T., IAI is a Jakarta-born architect with a distinguished career in urban planning and architectural practice. He holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Universitas Tarumanagara and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Institut Teknologi Indonesia. Pierre currently serves as Principal Architect at PT. Magna Reka Studio and as an expert advisor at the Directorate General of Human Settlements, Ministry of Public Works and Housing. He is actively involved in professional committees, including the Tim Profesi Ahli (TPA) for Tangerang Selatan, Kabupaten Tangerang, and the KEK Sinarmas Land. Pierre also leads the Indonesian Architect Certification Body (SARSI) and chairs the Banten Province chapter of IAI. His work reflects a commitment to sustainable development, professional integrity, and advancing architectural standards in Indonesia
